Led by Jaime Wurzel of IRC Consulting and of Salem State College, this program will illustrate the application of intercultural anthropological concepts to organizational culture. Through small group exercise and discussion, we will examine the way in which organizational member form assumptions about the organizational culture and the implications of this process for change in organizations.
