The inaugural NACD New England Chapter Director of the Year awards event recognizes independent directors of corporate boards or nonprofit organizations who have made courageous and/or valuable contributions to the boards on which they serve.
NACD is a 30-year old, nationwide organization that promotes high professional standards amongst corporate and nonprofit directors. It is recognized as a seasoned authoritative voice on corporate governance practices and policies. The New England Chapter is one of NACD's oldest and largest chapters. Chapter members serve on an abundance of public, private and nonprofits boards across the country.
