From chemistry services to oncology drug discovery through novel oncology platforms
from Massachusetts Biotechnology Council
This event has passed.
Thursday, June 19, 2008, 8:00am - 10:00am
Evolving from a service-based organization into a successful biopharmaceutical company discovering and developing next-generation small molecule oncology drugs requires more than a smart business plan. The science, technology, and processes have to work seamlessly within the scope of the corporate vision.
This presentation will be a case study on how one company rapidly emerged from a service provider to a drug discovery company in the area of oncology. Highlighted portfolio programs will focus on the technology they employ to move projects rapidly forward and will include the discovery and development of inhibitors of Eg5, BRAF, c-Met and the establishment of a novel structure-based kinase inhibitor discovery platform.
We are very pleased to have three presenters from ArQule;
* Mark A. Ashwell, Vice President, Discovery and Preclinical Development
* Dennis France, Vice President, Discovery and Preclinical Development
* Tom C. K. Chan, Senior Vice President, Discovery and Preclinical Development
