James Roosevelt Jr., president and chief executive officer of Tufts Health Plan, will offer his perspective on how to better use limited health care resources and effectively manage health care costs. With employers continuing to face health care cost increases, this talk will offer insight on the opportunities and steps needed to preserve access to high quality, affordable health care.
James Roosevelt Jr. also serves as Co-Chair of the Democratic National Committee Rules and Bylaws Committee. It is a standing committee of the Democratic National Convention and is made up of members of the Democratic National Committee.
