Sadie Van Buren gave us great commentary on her experiences helping clients implement SharePoint. Among her slides were three that underscored the pain that drives adoption of collaboration technology, the pain that ensues during the implementation phase, and the relief that is reflected in successful outcomes. Her talk generated great questions and she led a group of 30 of us in discussion that could have gone on for hours, as one participant noted. We will pick up the theme at the next Friday breakfast meeting.
