Metrics are a critical component of defining ultimate initiative success and effectively communicating project performance and progress. As such, they warrant careful consideration in terms of defining, creating, and capturing accurate data and, subsequently, in reporting to project stakeholders and other interested parties.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide some insight into a process for establishing and communicating effective metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
We will discuss the key factors that impact your selection of project metrics based upon the type and phase of the project, audience for whom the metric is designed, and organizational maturity.
