This facilitated informal discussion will allow members to bring to a panel of experts around the "table" any questions they may have regarding several timely topics, including:
- developing and ensuring compliance with codes of marketing to health care professionals (Colin Zick, Foley Hoag LLP)
- intellectual property issues relating to stem cell research (Maryanne Trevisan, Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, P.C.)
- recent SEC activity and tax issues relating to the biotechnology sphere (Ian Roffman and David Sullivan, Nutter McClennen & Fish)
This roundtable forum will also provide members with the opportunity to learn from their peers about strategies and approaches of their fellow member companies on these issues.
