This two-day convention will feature over 35 breakout sessions introducing ambitious undergraduate women from around the world to different career paths from consulting to marketing, helping them make valuable connections to industry leaders, mentors, and like-minded fellow students, and building their business savvy in preparation for internships and full-time jobs. This year's programming is specifically targeted to cater to both the young student looking at careers in business for the first time, and to the seasoned upperclassman ready to dig deeper and gain industry-specific skills. The convention will also feature a Harvard Business School Visit and Admissions Panel, career fair, and networking reception.
