Hear our panel of multichannel marketers discuss how they and their companies use smart online and offline strategies and tactics to increase sales and profits despite increasing costs and decreasing response. They will illustrate how they execute their promotions through multiple channels, what works and does not work. You will discover tips you can use right away to maximize your marketing spend and remove unproductive marketing costs so you and your company can succeed despite today's and tomorrow's challenges. The program will consist of a moderated panel discussion, with useful tips and insights for your business - and an opportunity for you to ask questions and dig deeper for the information you need right now.

Brett Rudy Co-Founder, Director of Marketing, Charity Hop

Brett Rudy is co-founder and Director of Marketing for Charity Hop, a sports marketing firm that helps athletes from amateur to professional raise money for their favorite cause. In just over a year, the start-up has overseen fundraising of more than $1.4 million dollars for dozens of charities. Funds have been raised as a result of successful product launches, such as Charity Wines labels for professional athletes across baseball, football and hockey, as well as successful event implementation, including the 100 Innings of Baseball Spectacular for Curt's Pitch for ALS, the charity of Curt Schilling of the Boston Red Sox. Brett has more than 15 years of experience in the advertising, marketing and media arenas, and holds a business degree from Northeastern University.

Laurie Lynch Founder & CEO, The Lollipop Tree

Having started The Lollipop Tree in 1981 as an outgrowth of her love for the culinary arts and to support her young family, Laurie creates new products for The Lollipop Tree's brand, works with local female artists creating the packaging, directs the marketing department and leads the public relations for the company. Laurie's responsibility for the look and feel of the company also includes print collateral, advertising, website design and tradeshow activities. The Lollipop Tree is a family-owned specialty food manufacturer which manufactures LollipopTree brand all-natural baking mixes, condiments and jams along with preparing exclusive private-label products for specialty retailers. The Lollipop Tree began when Laurie Lynch made her first jar of pepper jelly on the kitchen stove. The Lollipop Tree celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2006 and to commemorate this event, Laurie and Karen May, master baker of The Lollipop Tree, traveled to Thailand and Myanmar to study with Heifer Project. In addition to their philanthropic work, The Lollipop Tree maintains the same values Laurie started the company with over 25 years ago--delicious, all-natural products together with outstanding customer service are the hallmark of The Lollipop Tree.

Bruce McMeekin, President, BKM Marketing Associates, Inc.

Bruce McMeekin is President of BKM Marketing, an integrated direct marketing agency located in Hingham, Massachusetts. Bruce's professional life focuses on one thing--marketing. He began his career client-side, holding significant marketing positions with Procter & Gamble, Bank of New York, and The Travelers. Seeking a broader range of challenges, he switched tothe consulting and agency side of marketing, first as Managing Director of the financial services practice for EMI Strategic Marketing and later as Managing Director of Integrated Marketingfor Protocol. His client history includes numerous leading-edge marketers, including John Hancock, ADP, Ritz-Carlton Club, Callidus Software, Travelocity Business, iPass, Trend Micro, Veritas Software, FleetBoston Financial, Ingenio Pay per Call, Aspect Software, and many more. BKM Marketing teams earned nine NEDMA awards in 2007 and 2008 - including Gold for Best High Technology Campaign both years. Bruce serves on the NEDMA Board and as a judge for the DMA International Echo Awards. He holds an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and aBA from HarvardCollege in economics.

Mary Ann Kleinfelteris the Director of Marketing at L-com, a business-to-business multichannel marketer of connectivity products in North Andover, Massachusetts. Mary Ann has more than 20 years of business-to-business and consumer multichannel marketing experience, working with such firms as Carus Publishing, Abacus/Doubleclick, Sylvan Learning Center, Delta Education, PaperDirect, Daytimers, and the Drawing Board. Mary Ann is a frequent speaker at national and international industry functions and a contributor to many publications on topics such as customer acquisition and retention, multichannel marketing metrics and more.
