The Critical Connection between Schedule and Earned Value, presented by Steven Mondazzi, PMP
Knowing how to develop and manage a program schedule is critical in obtaining accurate and useful Earned Value data. This mini course will demonstrate the basics of Earned Value, how schedule development and management directly impact the results and interpreting Earned Value to predicting future program performance. This course will help anyone that's involved with contributing to or managing programs and wants to learn more about earned value and its link to schedule.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Steve Mondazzi is a Senior Planner Analyst for the Electronic Warfare division of BAE Systems. For the past five years, Steve has been responsible for schedule development and the earned value performance tracking and reporting for some of his companies' largest government contracts. He considers himself an Earned Value "convert" due to the benefits it has contributed to his programs. Prior to BAE Systems, Steve worked as Project Manager in the electronics manufacturing and telecommunications industries and has been a certified PMP since 2005.
