Hiring great people is a challenge for any organization. Most small to mid-sized companies do not have the process, time or resources to institute a structured, formalized hiring process. Most hiring managers hire based on the “gut-feel” methodology, and results range from having a team reflecting the characteristics of the hiring manager, to a low performing organization.
In this roundtable we will discuss ideas to take some of the bias out of hiring decisions, and replace that with a consistent process to analyze candidates. Having the right people carrying out the company mission is a critical success factor for companies. If your consulting practice deals with the people in the organization, this roundtable will generate specific practices that you may bring to your engagements to help clients make better hiring decisions.
