Dawn Curry is a litigator at Nutter McClennen & Fish, and is the Chair of Nutter's Data Management & Discovery group. Dawn represents clients in the defense of matters brought by the government in the areas of criminal and civil healthcare and securities fraud. She also represents clients in product liability, intellectual property, consumer fraud, business tort and other civil litigation. She has experience managing large scale document collections, reviews and productions, and advising clients on drafting and implementing comprehensive document retention policies.
Jim Brigham is a System and Sales Engineer at the Symantec Corporation whose work focuses on Message & Unstructured Data Management as well as Archiving & Discovery. Jim is primarily a customer-facing engineering consultant in the pre-sales arena. He presents at eDiscovery events, panels both within and outside of Symantec regularly, and participates heavily in an internal Symantec program that focuses on eDiscovery and Enterprise Vault.
