The transition from a large, established company to an early stage or startup venture brings with it both easily-predicted changes and those that are more difficult to foresee. Even when the differences are expected, it can be challenging to foretell how you will react to them when in the new environment. Will you feel exhilarated or overwhelmed? Liberated or paralyzed?
